Jubilant Bostonians take to the streets in celebration after police capture surviving marathon blast suspect

Bostonians took to the streets with joyful cries and cheering after police captured the alleged perpetrator behind the Boston Marathon bombing on Friday night.
Residents in the Cradle of Liberty have endured a harrowing week after the horrific attack at the race on Monday and the subsequent manhunt for the suspects behind the blasts, that put the Boston on lockdown while one suspect remained on the loose.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, was arrested shortly before 8pm on Friday and transported to a local hospital after a gun battle with police in the backyard of a home in Watertown, Mass., putting an end to a nearly 24-hour manhunt.

The celebration around the capture comes after a week of horrific violence following the Monday attack.
On Thursday night, the FBI released surveillance video that showed the alleged terrorists but the men were only identified as Suspect Number One and Suspect Number Two.
Officials pleaded with the public to come forward if they recognized the men and the appeal reaped a reward because within hours the two were identified as brothers Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19.
Early on Friday morning, police targeted the two suspects in a residential area in Watertown, Mass.
A gun battle erupted in a quiet neighborhood on Friday morning, that left the older brother, Tamerlan, dead but his 19-year-old brother escaped.
The teen evaded police despite the heavily presence of law enforcement and government officials issued a 'shelter-in-place' request for the Watertown area and the request eventually spread to the city of Boston itself.
